Dr. Louis Gérald Gilles was kidnapped on February 16 near his clinic in Delmas 103. His relatives paid a large sum of money to obtain his release on the evening of this Wednesday, February 22, 2023.
For the moment, two doctors are in the hands of their captors. These are Dr. Geneviève Arty and Dr. Jeanty Exalus.
Dr Genevieve Arty is a founding member of the Saint Damien Hospital. She is also part of the large family of the organization “Little Brothers and Sisters”.
