The de facto Prime Minister Ariel Henry has finally chosen 9 personalities who signed the September 11 agreement to lead the negotiations with the actors of the enlarged Montana group in order to find a solution to the crisis.
Political activists André Michel and Marjorie Michel from the so-called democratic and popular sector, the Secretary of State for the Integration of the Disabled, Gérard Joseph, the Secretary General of the Presidency, Josué Pierre Louis, former senators Edmonde Supplice Beauzile and Louis Gerald Gilles, citizen Domingue Borgela, Dr. Emile Herald and citizen Alix Richard are the members of this commission, a source close to the Prime Minister’s Office has informed.

We recall that the group of Montana enlarged had already unveiled its representatives, former deputies Patrick Joseph, Hugues Celestin and Antoine Rodon Bien Aime, the citizen Magalie Comeau Denis, the trade unionist Jacques Ted St-Dic, citizens Dunois Eric Cantave and Ernst Mathurin to take part in negotiations with the Prime Minister and his team for a positive outcome to the multi-faceted crisis that the country is experiencing.

It was also learned that the actors of the expanded Montana group have expressed reservations about the fact that the de facto Prime Minister Ariel Henry will not take part directly in the negotiations given that he is not part of the 9-member commission resulting from the September 11 agreement.
