The firm Groupe Trame S.A. officially handed over to the local authorities on Thursday, July 14, 2022, the document entitled Communal Development Plan of Lascahobas (PDK). The municipality, representatives of central authorities as well as notables of the city welcome this initiative, hoping that this document will be able to be used by future administrations. Elaborated by the firm Groupe Trame S.A., this document, PDK is an important tool for the development of the Commune of Lascahobas, estimates a representative of the aforementioned firm, during the ceremony of presentation.
The elaboration of the development plan of the Commune of Lascahobas is carried out together with the Ministry of Planning and External Cooperation. An executive of the MPCE took the opportunity to welcome the results of the work of the firm, promising that it will bring a new breath in the community.
The representative of the United Nations Development Program, Hervens JEANTY, for his part, really hopes that the newly elected officials will be able to implement this plan, which is seen as a good development path for the commune.
The interim executive officer of the city, Rodelie Balde Cariétane did not hide her joy following the presentation of the document, praising the final work of the firm. She also invited the entire population to work for the implementation of the communal plan by paying their taxes.
Lascahobas is a commune of Haiti located in the department of Centre, not far from Lake Peligre. It is composed of the communal sections of Petit Fond, Juampas and La Hoye. It is also an important axis leading to the border with the Dominican Republic.
According to the different actors involved, it must be said that great hopes are placed in this framework document that should serve the administrations that will follow.
