The delegates of the Montana group have decided to postpone negotiations with the de facto Prime Minister Ariel Henri.
At the origin of this decision: the will of the leader of the premature to be alone in command of the government. Ariel Henri and his group categorically reject the proposal of the delegates of the Montana group that a president of the republic be installed in the national palace.
For Ariel Henri, the discussions should rather be focused on insecurity and elections. This idea was rejected by the Montana group, which believes that Mr. Henri has not shown any willingness to facilitate a way out of the crisis. After nearly a year in power, the problem of insecurity should not be the subject of a political agreement according to one of the Montana delegates.
For the moment, the representatives of the Montana agreement do not intend to resume discussions with Ariel Henri’s gang, but only with one condition: that the de facto Prime Minister accept a two-headed government to lead the transition. This does not seem to be a priority for Ariel Henri, supported by the Ke Corp Group.
In the meantime, the armed gangs continue to reign supreme and the population continues to pay the price under the complicit gaze of Ariel Henri and the international community led by the United States.
