Nippes (Miragoâne): the popular movement “bwa kale” is only the result of a failed state of law, according to Etzer Emile

Sponsor of the last promotion of young graduates in the program of the organization Regroupement des Citoyens pour le Renouveau des Nippes “RECERE-N”, the economist Etzer Emile took advantage of his visit to the department to deliver his analysis on the current situation.

Questioned on the popular movement “bwa kale” launched by the Haitian population in order to curb the exactions of the armed bandits, the economist Etzer Emile, declared that this movement is only the result of a failed state of law where the Haitian population has no confidence in its leaders.
Regarding the approach of Prime Minister Ariel Henry to set in motion the electoral council, Etzer Émile does not believe that the current tenant of the primacy will be able to organize elections in the country. He rather invites him to resign, stressing that the country is poorly administered and the future of young people is uncertain.
