Two alleged bandits arrested and an M4 rifle recovered during a PNH operation in Pétion-Ville

Two alleged criminals were fatally wounded during an operation conducted by the Haitian National Police in the morning of Sunday, December 11, 2022 in Pétion-Ville. During this operation, the police recovered an M4 rifle that the thugs had in their possession.

These individuals who were heavily armed were aboard a white Nissan Patrol registered AA 08354 which would have been stolen according to a tweet from the PNH.

Acts of banditry and cases of kidnapping have increased considerably in recent months in the commune of Pétion-Ville.
With this operation, the new police commissioner of Pétion-Ville Aladin Jean Louis is sending a strong signal. He had promised to restore order and security in the commune.
