The National Police in the Northwest reported the arrest of seven (7) alleged bandits this Monday, November 14, 2022. They are accused of criminal association and armed robbery.
They are Louis Augustin alias Lawouze, 36 years old, Charles Rosalia alias Zaya, 35 years old, Cherry Esterlin, 37 years old, Élysée Carlos alias Dyòl 30 years old, Ford Odnet alias Pa néné, 27 years old, Louicéus Guerridson alias Ti piti, 20 years old and Simon Edlando alias Trois millions, 15 years old.
According to the Departmental Service of Communication of the North-West, “these criminals, based in Port-de-Paix, were spotted by the SDPJ/North-West following the robbery of a bus in Tibwadòm, a locality located in Gros Morne, a commune of the Department of Artibonite, where they maintain criminal links with the gang of Pendu to ransom the users of this section”.
The Departmental Directorate of the North West of the Police promises to deploy efforts to ensure a calm and safe end of the year 2022.
