CTN News

A graduating student in Psychology at the Faculty of Ethnology of the State University of Haiti, Bien-Aimé Lincoln, agent of the Brigade for the Fight against Drug Trafficking (BLTS) was murdered by bandits in Croix-des-Bouquets this Thursday, December 2, 2022, ZoomHaitiNews has learned.

The police officer, in his thirties, was murdered the same day he was born, and his corpse was taken away by the thugs.

Belonging to the 28th promotion of the Haitian National Police, the father of a little boy leaves his police peers and fellow students in shock.

It should be noted that Bien-Aimé Lincoln has escaped several times from assassination attempts in the area, according to information received by ZoomHaitiNews. Unfortunately, he could not survive this last one, which adds to the list of murdered police officers in 2022.
While the PNH has just announced changes in its chain of command, cases of kidnapping and spectacular assassinations continue to haunt the lives of the population in recent days, under the complicit and cynical gaze of the government led by de facto Prime Minister Ariel Henry.

This new assassination of the agent of the Brigade for the Fight against Drug Trafficking (BLTS) coincides with the announcement by the U.S. Treasury Department of sanctions against Senators Rony Celestin and Hervé Foucand for drug trafficking and fueling insecurity in Haiti.
