4personnes dont 2 policiers ont été tués lors d’une fusillade à Carrefour-feuilles ce mardi en début de soirée lors d’un contrôle de routine par des agents de la police nationale.

Dempsey Denis, 32 ans, agent 1 et Prévilus Jean Gardy, issus respectivement de la 27eme et 31eme promotion, sont affectés au commissariat de marché Salomon. Ils n’ont pas survécu à cette attaque. Alors qu’ils étaient en patrouille, leur convoi a été attaqué.

Les policiers touchés ont succombé à leur blessure après avoir été pourtant transportés d’urgence à l’hôpital selon le porte parole de la PNH Gary Desrosiers.

Plusieurs autres blessés ont été recensés dans cette fusillade rapportent plusieurs témoins à Zoom Haïti News.

L’insécurité continue de faire rage dans le pays. Et les policiers restent les principales cibles des bandits armés.
