Al menos 4 personas resultaron heridas de bala en Jacmel. Los agentes de la Policía Nacional dispararon a la altura del hombre sobre los ciudadanos que denunciaban la inseguridad y el deterioro de las condiciones socioeconómicas en Haití. Las víctimas fueron trasladadas a un hospital de la ciudad.

En varias arterias de la ciudad se levantaron neumáticos en llamas, según nuestro corresponsal permanente en Jacmel.

Los manifestantes denuncian al gobierno que, según ellos, es responsable de la situación. Prometen continuar el movimiento para conseguir la salida del Primer Ministro de facto Ariel Henri.

Se han organizado movimientos de protesta en otros departamentos del país, como Artibonite y el Sur.
Durante las manifestaciones del lunes en Puerto Príncipe se registraron al menos un muerto y varios heridos.
