A new victim in the ranks of the Haitian National Police. Agent 4 Govin Roulls was murdered this Monday, December 19, 2022 in Delmas 31, near his residence. The act would have been perpetrated by armed individuals circulating on motorcycles.
Zoom Haiti News has learned that this police officer was on secondment with the chief of staff of the Directorate of Penitentiary Administration (DAP).
Roulls Govin joins several of his comrades who have fallen to murderous bullets this year in Haiti.
