The kidnappers do not cease to cause desolation in Haitian families. On Monday, they kidnapped Fabiola Payan, a nursing student at the State University. According to the testimony of several students collected by local media, the kidnapping took place in the afternoon of February 15, on Oswald Durand Street, as the victim was about to board her vehicle.
Fabiola resides in Carrefour- Feuilles, according to the first information collected on this new act of kidnapping.
In reaction, students from the UEH burned used tires near the Sylvio Cator Stadium, denouncing the laxity of the authorities in the face of the deteriorating security situation of the country.
