New firm launches immigration and financial services for migrants nationwide
ITF Services LLP officially opened its doors in Boston on Saturday, November 15, 2025, marking a significant milestone for the newly launched firm dedicated to serving migrant communities across the United States.
The inaugural ceremony took place at the company’s headquarters located at 1478 Dorchester Avenue (Unit 2), drawing numerous local dignitaries and community members, including Ruthzee Louijeune, president of the Boston City Council; Emmanuel Paul, chief executive officer; Eunide Innocent, co-founder; and dozens of supporters.
Founded to support migrant communities, ITF Services LLP offers comprehensive immigration and financial services available across all 50 states.
Addressing a critical community need
Emmanuel Paul, CEO of ITF Services, expressed satisfaction with the opening and extended his gratitude to associates for their commitment to what he described as a project “of paramount importance to the community.”
Co-founder Eunide Innocent articulated the company’s core mission: to guide individuals through every stage of tax and immigration services. “ITF Services LLP was created following extensive deliberation, with discipline and determination,” Innocent stated. “The company is committed to serving the migrant community across the United States with professional rigor, integrity, and respect.”
Innocent encouraged members of the migrant community to join the firm in what she framed as a mutual journey of growth. “We are convinced that access to administrative, legal, and financial services is an essential tool for those seeking to build stable lives, particularly in a dynamic city like Boston,” she continued.
Strong community support despite last-minute absence
Boston Mayor Michelle Wu, recently re-elected, had been expected to attend the opening ceremony but was unable to be present due to a last-minute scheduling conflict.
However, the event was bolstered by the participation of Boston City Council President Ruthzee Louijeune, who commended the company leadership for launching an initiative she characterized as essential for the migrant community.
Attendees expressed visible satisfaction with the opening, with many voicing pride in their involvement. Venette Jean Pierre, one supporter present, offered high praise for CEO Emmanuel Paul, describing him as a trustworthy individual with a consistent track record of honoring commitments. Pierre expressed confidence that these qualities would ensure the company’s long-term viability.

With this opening, ITF Services reaches a decisive juncture in its mission to serve migrants throughout the United States. Driven by the commitment of its founders and bolstered by community support, the firm aims to establish itself as an essential provider of immigration and financial services on a national scale.
