To consolidate its presence in the far north, the outgoing board had set up a regional office in the city of Gonaives, says Lesly Alexandre who recalls that a workshop was organized on March 15 and 16, 2022 on the structural strengthening and electoral strategies. Conferences-debates were also held almost every month.

To achieve the organization of the first national convention, the party executives had organized two days of retreat on May 13 and 14, 2022 at the Hotel Decameron on the Arcadian Coast on the guidelines for its planning.

On the sidelines of the convention, departmental delegates voted a new national board for a three-year term. It is made up of Cholzer Chancy, (President), Rosny Cadet (Vice President) and Youdline Cherizard Joseph (National Secretary).

In front of a room full of nearly 2000 people, the president of the party Cholzer Chancy received a standing ovation for several minutes.

“The party Alliance for a society without exclusion (ASE) has just marked an important turning point in the modern history of politics in Haiti by organizing its first national congress despite the current context of the country marked by the rampant insecurity and the socio-political crisis,” said former MP Cholzer Chancy who praised the efforts made by members and allied organizations of the party including “OBOSSA” to prepare and carry out the event.

Cholzer Chancy invites all citizens who are looking for a structured political project to join the party in order to build a positive plot to build the new Haiti.

He believes that the current catastrophic situation of the country is the result of a political mismanagement that has been perpetuated for more than half a century and according to him, this bitter failure is collective.

With this in mind, the businessman and political leader Cholzer Chancy maintains that the time has come for everyone to make a mea-culpa to get the country out of the impasse.

The youth must accept to play their role in the social and political life of the country, said the vice president of the party (ASE) Rosny Cadet encouraging them to join the party that he presented as a modern political structure constituting a link between people living in the countryside and those living in the city.
Rosny Cadet replaced former deputy Patrick Joseph who, in his speech, said he felt a sense of accomplishment.

The president of the Alliance for an inclusive society Cholzer Chancy took the opportunity to present the political ambitions of the party, emphasizing in particular the construction of a republican political tool to bring together all segments of society in order to achieve a cohabitation to resolve the political crisis that has lasted too long.

Following the example of other political organizations that advocate for a definitive solution to the crisis, Cholzer Chancy maintains that without a real dialogue to clear up the disputes, the country will not be able to engage in the fight against insecurity, the and the high cost of living among others.

At the end of his speech, the entrepreneur Cholzer Chancy, who was reappointed as president of the party, announced the digitization of the records of all members in order to access the data more easily.

It should be noted that during the course of this congress that a minute of silence was observed in memory
of the former deputy of the commune of Limonade, Tanis Tertius (former member of the party) who died on May 27, 2021.
