The Cavaly of Léogâne severely sanctioned by Concacaf

Concacaf is cracking down on Cavaly AS for having forfeited the round of 16 of the Champions League. Unable to obtain entry visas for the United States, the Leogane club had to make a cross on the prestigious regional tournament. This was not to the liking of the Disciplinary Committee of Concacaf. The red horse is thus disqualified from all club competitions of Concacaf for the next two years.
The Cavaly must also repay the sum of 140,000 dollars to Concacaf. In addition to a fine of 30,000 dollars to pay.

A period not exceeding 60 days has been set by Concacaf to Cavaly to respond to these sanctions.
