A tense situation reigned this Wednesday, April 26, 2023, in the locality of “Abraham”, an area of the 4th communal section of Miragoâne, Saint Michel, following a land dispute between two families. They are Jacquy Edmond, the police inspector Jean François Frantz “alias Didi”, the lawyer Arismon Saint-Clair, Jonel Deriva, Jean Smith Chéry, a surveyor and Bertino Hilairesaint.
