The commune of Croix-des-bouquets is part of the zones of the country where bandits impose their law under the helpless eyes of the Haitian National Police.
The director of the National Network for the Defense of Human Rights underlined that the bandits of the 400 mawozo gang who have controlled this commune for a long time, were released at the request of certain ministers of the government of Ariel Henry through an agreement for the functioning of the market of the zone and for a normal return of public transportation.
