uring the ceremony of handing over these machines, on December 21, the Minister of Justice and Public Security (MJSP), Mr. Berto Dorcé, welcomed the good health of relations between the two countries.

Speaking on the occasion, the director general of the PNH, Frantz Elbé, presented his thanks to the Japanese ambassador accredited in Haiti, Yuji Kubo, asking him to transmit them to his government.
