- Ballot Request Cutoffs:Voters seeking mailed ballots must submit FPCA applications by January 16, 2025.
Those requesting email or fax delivery can apply until Election Day, but must submit an emergency day affidavit for requests within 10 days of voting.

Mail-in ballots require a January 28, 2025 postmark and must reach Florida election offices within 10 days post-election.
Fax submissions must arrive by 7:00 PM ET on January 28, 2025.
For U.S.-based active-duty military and eligible dependents:
Ballots must be sent and received by 7:00 PM ET on January 28, 2025.
