The gang leader of the commune of Torbeck, Antoine Mandela, alias Tiati, was apprehended yesterday evening, July 2, 2022, in Portail Léogâne, a neighborhood on the southern outskirts of Port-au-Prince.
Antoine Mandela is accused of armed robbery, rape, robbery, murder and criminal association.
The alleged assassin was actively sought by the National Police.
