During a press conference on Saturday, August 13, 2022, the coordinator of RECERE-N Frantz Delia, drew up the result of the pilgrimage carried out by the members of his organization on the 11 communes of the department. Frantz Delia emphasized that the victims are still living in shelters while their damaged and destroyed houses have not been rebuilt or rehabilitated. A few rare schools were built a year after the earthquake, said the leader.
